## Account and shops

**I belong to several shops. How do I switch?**

Open the account menu at the bottom left and pick the shop under
Organization. Your work applies only to the shop shown.

**Can I use the console in English?**

Yes. Choose English under Language in the account menu.

**Some screens are missing from my menu**

What you can see and do depends on your role in the shop. If you can't do
something you need, ask the shop's owner or an admin to check your role
([members and roles](/en/guides/getting-started/members-and-roles)).

## Purchases

**When does a buy boost's remaining count go down?**

When you record acceptance of the final quote. If you register the deal
without recording acceptance first, it goes down at that point. Rows the
customer declined at that step give their pieces back ([buy
boosts](/en/guides/purchase/purchase-boosts)).

**Is the boosted price filled into the appraisal automatically?**

No. On the appraisal screen, rows for the same card show "Buy boost" with
the price and number left under the market price. Use it when you set the
amount.

**Can I boost only PSA 10 copies of a card?**

Yes. You can keep a grade-specific boost and an any-grade boost for the same
card side by side. A row in that grade uses the grade-specific boost first.

## AI agents (MCP)

**How much can an AI agent do?**

As much as the work role you pick at each connection allows: View only,
Stock mover, Inventory manager or Shop manager (everything). It can never go
beyond your own permissions ([work roles](/en/mcp/roles)).

**Do I need to reconnect every day?**

Connections end 12 hours after approval, so reconnect on each working day.
That's also when you pick the role for the day's work.

## Partner API

**We want buy boosts on our landing page. Will stock be visible too?**

Not if the app is allowed only "Read buy boosts" when it's registered. The
API then refuses every inventory endpoint with `insufficient_scope` ([read
buy boosts](/en/api/purchase-boosts)).

**How long do access tokens last?**

Access tokens last 15 minutes and refresh tokens 90 days. Refresh tokens
rotate on every refresh ([tokens and expiry](/en/api/tokens)).

**I can't find Integrations in Settings**

Toreca Cloud enables the Integrations screen per shop. Contact support to
have it turned on.
