Toreca Cloud is the back office for trading card buyback shops. It covers customer inquiries, appraisals and quotes, identity verification, payouts and the inventory of the cards you buy, all in one place. Shop staff sign in to the console from a web browser.

## From purchase to inventory

Each purchase goes through these steps.

1. **Intake**

    Take buying requests through LINE, forms or at the counter.

2. **Appraisal and quote**

    Identify the cards from photos and descriptions, do the preliminary
    appraisal, and present a quote.

3. **Shipping and final appraisal**

    Check the cards the customer sends, do the final appraisal, and record
    acceptance of the final quote.

4. **Identity verification and payout**

    Record the customer's identity verification, approve the payout and pay with
    a Zengin file. Once the transfer succeeds, the purchase is complete.

5. **Inventory**

    Label the cards with QR codes, put them away on shelves, and manage them
    through sales, transfers and stock counts.
