The console has a sidebar on the left and your work area on the right. A good way to start the day is to check **To do** for what needs doing.

## Sidebar

The sidebar lists screens in the order work flows through the shop.

| Section | Items                                             | Used for                                            |
| ------- | ------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Top     | To do, Dashboard                                  | Today's work and the shop's numbers                 |
| Buying | Customers, Research, Reviews, Payouts, Buy boosts | Buying work, from inquiry to payout |
| Manage | Inventory | Storing, shipping and counting the cards you bought |
| Bottom | Market prices, Settings | Checking market prices and setting up the shop |

The number next to To do, Research and other items is how many are still pending. It disappears at zero. **Market prices** opens in a new tab, so the page you're working on stays open.

Use the button next to the logo to collapse the sidebar to icons. The browser remembers your choice.

The account menu sits at the very bottom. It holds your account settings, the shop switcher, the language switcher and **Sign out**.

:::note
There is no sidebar item for identity verification. ID documents sent by customers show up in To do.

## To do

To do lists each piece of work that needs attention now. Use the tabs at the top to choose what to show.

- **All** shows the whole shop's to-dos.
- **Assigned to me** shows what's addressed to you, such as reviews to decide or quotes sent back to you.
- **Cases** shows only work tied to a purchase case, grouped by case. Cases that have waited longest come first.

Click a type under **Filter by type** to show only that type; click it again to clear the filter. The main types are:

| Area                 | Types                                                                   |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Intake | Unanswered LINE message, Intake check, AI reading |
| Appraisal and quotes | Deal task, Market research, Research result, Quote review, Unsent quote |
| Customer follow-up | Form response, ID verification, Awaiting reply, Power of attorney |
| Payouts              | Payout                                                                  |
| Inventory | Transfer in, Putaway issue, Outbound, Hold expiring |

Each row shows the type, what it's about, who it's assigned to and how long it has waited. Use the button on the right to act on it.

- **Open** takes you to the page where the work is done. For example, a deal task opens the deal, and an unanswered LINE message opens the customer's LINE chat.
- **Review** opens a market research request.
- **Take action** opens a dialog where you can handle it on the spot: approving a quote review, presenting a quote, or checking a form response or identity verification result.

:::note
The person who made an appraisal can't approve its review. For your own appraisals, only **View** is shown.

## Dashboard

The Dashboard shows how much the shop has bought and what's stuck. Pick a period at the top: **Today**, **This week**, **This month** or **Last month**. It starts on **This month**.

Across the top are four figures, each compared with the previous period: **Purchases**, **Total purchased**, **Est. gross profit** and **Est. gross margin**. The margin leaves out items with no sale price. Below them, **Total purchased over time** charts the period.

**Stalled work** counts things like cases untouched for 3 or more days and quotes with no reply. Click a count to open the matching list.

New shops also see a **Setup** card. It lists connecting LINE, connecting a shipping carrier, setting buy rates, setting up bank payouts, inviting members and adding a passkey, and it disappears once everything is done.
