Example requests
How to ask an AI agent to find, move and receive stock, run counts and check purchases.
Ask the agent in the same words you’d use to search the console. Card names, card numbers and shelf names get you to the answer faster.
Find stock (View only)
- “Count our Charizard ex SAR stock by site and shelf.”
- “Where is unit 000123 now? Show its history too.”
- “List the stock on shelf A-01 at the Tokyo store.”
Move stock (Stock mover)
- “Move every PSA 10 on shelf A-01 to B-03.”
- “Create a transfer from the Tokyo store to the Osaka store for the BOXes received yesterday.”
For anything that changes stock, the agent confirms the targets and counts before it runs. Check them, then let it continue.
Receive and correct (Inventory manager)
- “Turn this list into a receipt. Validate it first without saving.”
- “Correct the grade of unit 000456 to PSA 9. Reason: misread certificate.”
Receipts can start with a validation that saves nothing. Check the counts and amounts, then ask for the real one.
Run a count
- “Start a count of shelf B.”
- “Show the units not yet confirmed in the open count.”
Check purchases and payouts (Shop manager)
- “What’s on today’s action items?”
- “List payouts waiting for approval, largest first.”
